GO STUDY Australia is a service agency which helps international travellers from various countries. We provide a range of services designed to help you enjoy your experience as a Working Holiday Maker and to ensure that you get the best possible service at all times.

Our services are primarily focused on assisting working holiday makers and student visa holders to experience the best of Australia. This includes providing assistance to working holiday makers,  education counselling and enrollment support for prospective students and clerical support for your visa applications.

We always ensure to give you the best advice and support and we work with trusted partners who we screen and vet, to ensure you get the best experience possible.  We have curated a group of trusted service providers to include in our packages based on the feedback of our 35,000 alumni and staff experiences. 

We will do our best to give you the best experience possible, but its important for you to note that we are not responsible for the actions and decisions of third parties such as immigration officers (who make decisions on your visa applications) , health insurance providers (who make decisions on your claims)  and other associated services. If there are any issues, we will do our best to help you resolve them.


GO STUDY Australia is a traveller assistance and education agency and, as such, we are permitted to do the following with regards to your Student or Working Holiday Visa application:

  • Undertake clerical work to prepare (or help prepare) an application or other documents
  • Provide translation or interpretation services to help prepare an application or other documents
  • Advising a person that they must apply for a visa
  • Pass on information produced by a third person, without giving substantial comment or explanation.

While we provide free clerical support with your Visa application, we are NOT authorised to give immigration assistance. If you have questions about immigration, we recommend that you either speak with the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs – Immigration and citizenship (DOHA), or with a registered migration agent (who will usually charge you a fee for their services).


Please read carefully all the conditions below as they are required for you to be eligible for a working holiday visa. If you do not meet any of the conditions below, please contact us before submitting the payment for our service packages, as we will review your situation to determine whether you may/may not be eligible.

  • Other countries include: Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Taiwan

Be this age

At the time of application, you must be within the eligible age limit for your passport country:

  • Republic of Ireland – 18 to 35 years
  • The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland – 18 to 30 years
  • Other countries –  – 18 to 30 years except for Italy which is up to 35 from 1st July 2022

Previous visas

You must not have previously entered Australia on a:

  • Working Holiday visa (subclass 417)
  • Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462)

Have enough money

You must have enough money to:

  • support yourself while you are in Australia
  • leave Australia at the end of your stay

This is usually about AUD5,000 for your initial stay, plus the fare to where you are going after leaving Australia. You will need to provide evidence that you have this money, or can access it from a relative.

Pay your debts to the Australian Government

If you or any family members (including those who don’t apply for the visa with you) owe the Australian government money, you or they must have paid it back or arranged to pay it back.

Not have had a visa cancelled or a previous application refused

You might not be eligible for this visa if you have had a visa cancelled or refused while you were in Australia.

Sign the Australian values statement

You must acknowledge the Australian Values Statement that confirms you will respect the Australian way of life and obey Australian laws when you apply for the visa.​


It is your responsibility to abide by the laws associated with your visa application and any visa approved for you.

As a GO STUDY Australia Legend, we will provide you with clerical help in the application for a visa, but you must take the ultimate responsibility for your visa. We recommend that you check the  Department of Home Affairs – Immigration and citizenship website if you are unsure about any aspects of your visa or visa application.

We endeavour to provide you with all the information you need in order to apply for a visa. However, we cannot be held responsible for your actual visa application or any decision by the approving authority.

By using the service of GO STUDY Australia you understand that this does not guarantee a visa.

GO STUDY Australia cannot be held liable for the granting of your visa.  

In agreeing to the GO STUDY Australia Service Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the scope of the services that we can provide for you at GO STUDY Australia.


We will assist you in the booking process and the essential services needed to make your trip amazing. We have selected known and trusted partners based on the experience of more than 35,000 clients.  Please note GO STUDY Australia Pty Ltd is not the provider of the service:

  • Accommodation
  • Tuition and Education
  • Health Insurance
  • Airport Pick Up
  • Paid Job Support Subscriptions
  • Mobile Phone and Data Connections

We have selected our preferred partners based on positive experiences and feedback from our clients. it’s important to note that GO STUDY Austalia is not responsible for the actions of these providers, and you will sign a terms and conditions agreement with the provider directly. This means any questions, issues, changes, refunds etc will be managed between you and the provider. 

Some of these services may charge a cancellation fee and you acknowledge these are not charged by GO STUDY Australia. You confirm that you are aware of the cancellation policies, refund terms and conditions of each third party involved in the payment process to Go Study such as:

  • Accommodation provider
  • Mobile SIM card data provider
  • Banking service provider

By signing your name below, you acknowledge that by paying for the above services, you agree to the terms and conditions of GO STUDY Australia and all third-party service providers including their cancellation policy.  


By accepting Go Study Terms and Conditions you declare you are eligible for a Working Holiday Visa application. If you are not sure you meet all the above-mentioned requirements, please contact us before purchasing one of our packages.

The cost of the PREMIUM package ($349 AUD) is non-refundable upon acceptance of the T&C.

The cost of the GOLD and PLATINUM package is partially refundable if the cancellation notice is provided by written communication at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

The amount refundable for the GOLD package: $699 AUD – 349 AUD admin fee = 350 AUD

Amount refundable for the PLATINUM package: $1899 AUD – 349 AUD admin fee = 1550 AUD

The refund will be available in a provided top your nominated Bank account within 60 days from the receipt of the written notification of your desire to cancel your program.
