Admin & Customer Service Representative

Propedeutic Requirements:

Our company has been in the Shared Accommodation industry for over 10 years and we have firmly imprinted our foot in the industry being well recognised for our approach to independent shared accommodation in Sydney.
We are looking for a customer service and administration representative to assist in office day to day administration, scanning, filing, some easy accounting tasks, taking some calls from prospective & existing clients, emails, supporting other team members. Will be responsible for delivering a vibrant experience for customers, ensuring a hospitality-standard customer service approach is delivered, all enquiries are answered and managed in a timely manner.
You will be an integral part of our team and will work closely with our Office Manager.


Candidates are preferred to have or apply for an ABN to work as a contractor on a part time or full-time basis (employment later is a possibility), the starting rate is determined based on the applicants experience, with no or minimal experience the starting rate of pay is $120 per day and will be increased based on performance and experience.

To be considered for this role, no experience necessary as training is provided however you should have:

• A passion for customer service
• Interest and some knowledge in sales and marketing methods and practice is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH (Advanced English)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills including strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience working in a similar customer/administration focused role is a plus
• Sound working proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc. Experience in working with specialised property/hotel database system would also be an advantage but not a necessity.
