What to bring:

✅ Warm clothing (layers are key – think thermals, fleece, waterproof outerwear)
✅ Gloves, beanie & scarf
✅ Snow boots or sturdy shoes
✅ Sunglasses or goggles (sun + snow = glare!)
✅ Sunscreen & lip balm (yes, even in winter!)
✅ Swimwear (for the indoor pool or spa at the lodge!)

✅ Reusable water bottle

✅ ID and Medicare or travel insurance card

OZ SNOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For domestic snow bus trips and packages staying in Jindabyne, non-attendance, cancellations or transfers within 60 days of departure no refund or transfer will be given. A 30% admin fee will apply for changes and cancellations outside the cancellation period.

For all other snow packages a 50% deposit is required at time of bookings and full payment is required 60 days prior to travel. There will be no changes allowed or refunds given within 60 days of travel. A 30% admin fee & any external operator charges will apply for changes and cancellations outside the cancellation period.

All COVID-19 impacted bookings will receive a travel credit, if government imposed travel restrictions are in place at time of travel. Travel credits are redeemable within our Australian, New Zealand and Japanese ski operations over the next 18 months. Please be aware there will be no refund given and you are booking travel during a pandemic.

NZ & Japan package prices are correct at time of printing are subject to changes due to currency fluctuations. Oz Snow takes no liability or responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst on tour and recommends all passengers travelling have individual Insurance policies covering snow related activities. All Oz Snow packages are based on share accommodation unless an extra tariff has been paid for twin, double or loft apartment option. Prices are displayed per person in Australian Dollars.
