They assisted me when I suddenly decided to change my study plan, but above all, when I found myself in a serious health emergency that could have jeopardised all the plans I had already made, they acted promptly and found a solution. A special thank you also goes to Robert, who stepped in and took care of my situation whenever my main contacts were not available. In short, I never once felt alone in dealing with the bureaucracy of a country as rule-oriented as Australia. If I had to summarise their work in a few words, I would choose: COMPETENCE, PROFESSIONALISM, ORGANISATION, and above all, a great deal of KINDNESS AND WARMTH. Finally, a big thank to Martina, who manages the organisation of events, giving all of us the opportunity to build a sense of community and enjoy social experiences at special rates. She also organises events focused on developing work-related skills, which are extremely useful for those taking their first steps in Australia. With them, I truly found the care and closeness that only a family can provide. Highly recommended.
